There are certain foods that may even be sleep inducing because they contain melatonin, a good example of this is bananas. If you're a big coffee drinker, you have got to make some changes due to the fact that the level of caffeine you are consuming could be keeping you awake. And if you drink coffee at night this can be a huge issue, instead try a cup of herbal tea.
